Creativ Center Starnberg

“Working in the countryside” is the branded promise to companies located in the Creativ Center Starnberg. Salvis AG developed this building in both a green and central location just 250 m from the railway station in Starnberg North.

The location enjoys convenient and swift access from Munich and creates its own inspirational impulse within green surroundings. Directly to the rear of the Creativ Center are views across the rolling meadows down to the River Würm and an uninterrupted vista of the distant nature protection area of the Leutstettener Moos.

The property was designed by Salvis AG together with the architectural practice Architekturbüro Schattan and was sold to a family office upon completion, full letting and successful commissioning.
