As a passionate project developer, we attach the greatest importance to the second part of our job title – development! That’s because we want to create properties, which stand for progress in each and every respect. For the people in the surrounding area, the future tenants, visitors and occupiers; and reflecting economic, aesthetic and urban development aspects.
So how do we achieve these ambitious objectives? With many years of experience and optimal partners for the individual projects. We select these in unusual ways, for example as project developer we may host our own architectural competitions.
That’s the way it happened with NOVE in the Arnulfpark: seven world-renowned architects based in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the USA took up the challenge and submitted their designs for an office property of the future. The winning entry was created by Milan-based celebrity architect Antonio Citterio – the building has been a huge success in Munich since its completion, and radiates charm well beyond the confines of the Arnulfpark.
