Residential complex at Rupprechtstrasse 22/Gabrielenstrasse 3

The district of Neuhausen-Nymphenburg located to the west of Munich city centre is one of the most popular residential areas within the Bavarian state capital. Horus Residential GmbH, a subsidiary of Salvis AG, has acquired two sites at Rupprechtstrasse 22 and Gabrielenstrasse 3, which will be developed over the next few years with a complex comprising around 120 apartments. It is planned to construct a total residential area of around 8,500 m².

Contemporary and stylish – the design

The developer Horus Residential GmbH hosted a design contest, which was won by the concept submitted by the Munich-based architectural practice landau + kindelbacher. The building fronting the street will comprise five full storeys, which will blend harmoniously with the height and scale of the existing cityscape. It is also planned to construct a four storey rear building on site plus a garden building to create an entire complex surrounding an attractive courtyard.

Spacious and green – high quality residential ambiance

The inviting and pleasing optical design is achieved by the use of a high specification and state-of-the-art façade structure and spacious entrance lobbies in both the front and rear buildings. Almost all residential units have direct access to external areas comprising a private garden in the courtyard or either terraces, roof terraces or balconies.

We’ve thought of everything – infrastructure

The design of the residential complex at Rupprechtstrasse 22/Gabrielenstrasse 3 conforms to all contemporary residential standards - the architects really have thought of everything. In addition to the spacious external areas offered by the planned courtyard, there are also children’s play areas for the youngest residents, secure bicycle stands in both the external area and inside the building, generous store rooms for all apartments in the cellar and plenty of car parking spaces in a three-level underground garage.
